<P><STRONG>LEVEL 2 –YOUR POWER TO CREATE</STRONG></P>
<P>These series of 5 sessions bring into focus thoughts, feelings, language and the reality of what is happening right now in your life. We are all incredibly powerful.&nbsp; We have the capacity to take charge of our lives and create what we desire.&nbsp; We have the capacity to TRANSFORM our lives.<BR>The sessions will discuss ways and give you skills to use and apply to make the changes you desire. There is a Heart-Breath meditation each week.</P>
<P><STRONG>Prerequisites</STRONG>: to be a meditator or have done the level 1 introductory workshop. The Heart- Breath mediation is very powerful.</P>
<P><STRONG>Session 1 <BR>Law of Attraction</STRONG><BR>The session covers the Law of Attraction, <STRONG>how we create</STRONG>, what is happening in our lives that may not be working for us and how we can begin to address these issues.<BR>Heart – Breath meditation is taught and then practiced for 30 minutes<BR>There is time to discuss concerns and to debrief. There is also some Home Play!</P>
<P><STRONG>Session 2 <BR>Feelings</STRONG><BR>The session begins with sharing the experiences and concerns of the meditation and Home Play of the week past.<BR>The session covers <STRONG>feelings and their power</STRONG>. As we become aware of our feelings we can monitor and make changes in our lives.<BR>The Heart- Breath meditation is practiced for 30 minutes. <BR>There is time to discuss concerns and to debrief. There is Home Play.</P>
<P><STRONG>Session 3<BR>Language</STRONG><BR>The session begins with sharing the experiences and concerns of the meditation and Home Play of the week past.<BR>We look at the <STRONG>power and effect of language</STRONG>- from our <STRONG>self talk</STRONG> to <STRONG>the words we speak to others</STRONG>. Awareness allows for change.<BR>The Heart- Breath meditation is practiced for 30 minutes. <BR>There is time to discuss concerns and to debrief. There is Home Play.</P>
<P><STRONG>Session 4 <BR>Healing Session</STRONG> <BR>The session begins with sharing the experiences and concerns of the meditation and Home Play from the previous week.<BR>Take a <STRONG>personal situation that requires change/ healing</STRONG> and put some strategies into place to bring about change.<BR>&nbsp;The Heart- Breath meditation is practiced for 30 minutes. <BR>There is time to discuss concerns and to debrief. There is Home Play.</P>
<P><STRONG>Session 5 <BR>Integration </STRONG><BR>The session begins with sharing the experiences and concerns of the meditation and Home Play from the previous week.<BR>We <STRONG>integrate the skills learnt</STRONG> through the workshop.<BR>The Heart- Breath meditation is practiced for 30 minutes. <BR>There is time to discuss concerns and to debrief. There is Home Play.</P>
<P><STRONG>Meditation is powerful.</STRONG> Practicing it daily (preferably twice a day for 20 minutes) while applying the skills from this programme, is transformational.</P>
<P><STRONG>Note</STRONG> <BR>Practising and applying a skill over a 3-4 week period allows it to be included as a routine in one’s life.<BR></P>
